Unfortunately, my Icester is out of commission. Icester #2 (actually, a second #1...) will have to wait until next season. So I was going to Bantam Lake in Fairfield to see what was happening, anyway, last weekend... and our front left tire went out of commission! But everything I've seen around here is covered with snow and slush. So far I haven't seen or heard of any good ice... anybody want to set me straight on this? Any ice worth sailing in the "tri-state" area (NY, CT, NJ)?
How about you? Is the deck on? Have you had your maiden voyage?
