John... I sent a response to you, both from my Juno and Hotmail accounts... they were both returned ("no such address" error message). Here is the question/answer:

It can vary quite a bit, depending how you build it. The luaun is lighter than marine ply, and using traditional spruce laminated springboard and crossplank (ala DN60) over the specified lumberyard stock and 3/4 plywood will make the boat lighter. But it is still heavier than a DN... it runs between 150 and 200 lbs. But I never actually weighed it, I have to confess! I can pick up the fuselage and springboard and load it in my wagon. This is with the crossplank, rear runners, and rig removed. Rich.
