Bernie+Bob, thank You for responding,I found some information alsoo on the ice-flyer site about wat tools to use and a jig design.
last winters in the netherlands were not soo cold so we dit not go ice-boating a lot(and I used different materials)there is no time for experiments everything has to be ok the first time.
