shingle/scooter homebuilt

I am hoping to get a shingle going this year. I built the boat 15 yrs ago and in the past had steering problems. I have replaced the baggy soft water jib with a flat scooter style balanced jib, and have taken some rocker out of the runners 1/2" over 6ft to 1/4" over 6'. any other ideas for tuneing up?

good suggestions for the homebuilt stern steering guy. Sounds like your sail is a little too far aft, a lanteen sail caries a lot of area toward the back of the sail. you may have to move the mast forward for this coming season or try ajusting where the spars conect to the mast, move the sail its self foreward. And definately sharpen your runners to V shape!
sail safe
