Need help riggin a Lockley Skimmer 45

I just came across an old Lockley Skimmer 45, and I need help to understand how the sail rigging works. The obvious location of the guy wires leads me to believe that the sail must ride aft of the mast, but I don't know how the rigging works to control the angle of the sail.

Does anyone have some photos that would help me rig the sail properly, and some advice on how to steer the thing? (you can e-mail the photos to the address above)

I've never been on an ice boat before, so the simpler the explanation, the better!

Thanks!

Ted
